MDC is an American punk rock band formed in 1979 in Austin, Texas that defined the sound and lyrics with radical left political views.
After ending in 1995, founder/ vocalist Dave Dictor returned in 2000 with a revolving band members.

Statement from Do$age on why she remixed this classic:
The current political situation
“A little while ago, i was approached by a friend on behalf of the band MDC (Millions Of Dead Cops) to do a remix of their track John Wayne Was A Nazi. As a long time hardcore punk fan, and anarchist, i agreed. I had no idea how politically relevant this would wind up being. I’ve waited to make a statement until this track was ready, so that i could announce that any proceeds it generates will go to supporting BLM, and other relief efforts.
