ABC Chattanooga, “Friend says Chattanooga man arrested at Charlottesville rally was part of counter protest”

Beth Foster, Co-Director of Mercy Junction Justice and Peace Center, talked to NewsChannel 9 over the phone and says Troy Dunigan was a counter protester. She told us, “He asked me to speak on his behalf and let everyone know that he is an anarchist, part of the anti-fascist movement and he was there to confront and to oppose white supremacy. And it was in doing this that he was charged and arrested.” According to Foster, she knows him through her work with Mercy Junction.
