Federal prosecutors mock hyperbole defense

Responding to a motion to dismiss the federal indictment brought against 22-year-old Samuel Bradbury over an anarchist rant he posted on Facebook last year, federal prosecutors mocked the notion that Bradbury’s statements constituted mere political hyperbole protected by the First Amendment.
