Anarchism can be an operational model for a running a household of roommates, even a small business, but the larger in scale you go, the longer the odds against anarchism working as a principle of self-governance. It is, rather, a utopian philosophy, an ideal vision of cooperation to aspire to, not a practical way to run anything as complex as even a small town, much less a state.
