Reagan Youth was political from the very beginning, formed by Forest Hills-natives with a vision of “a loud, fast, anarchist, punk rock band that would expose the evils of society,” according to their website. A broad ambition, to be sure, but one that they remained committed to during the ten year period, beginning in 1980, that they were active.
