An anarchist group has claimed responsibility for a massive flood in Islington near where Boris Johnson owns a property.
Class War London said it opened up a water main near estate agents Foxtons causing 100 people to be evacuated from their homes and businesses, shops and restaurants to be flooded, according to 365.
